Ham and eggs. Bake a whole ham and portion slices out for days. Have a slice with scrambled eggs for breakfast. Ground beef and shitty beef cuts are also cheaper than you'd think, so go with those for dinner. Beans are a good side for that. Costco rotisserie chickens are good for shredding up and using on sandwiches and using bones for soup, both for lunch.

Dry beans are cheap. Soak them in water overnight then drain them so they won't make you fart so much. Add fresh water and cook in a pressure cooker.

Beans, chicken, and pork are all still pretty cheap.
Learn how to brine and start buying larger cuts. You'll save a lot of money and radically improve your food quality.

Touch grass and get some vitamin d in your system. Shit is free, from the sun. Unless you are an oldfag, then supplement.

sleep more, get rid of as much sugars and sweeteners as you can, get rid of ultraprocessed foods, exercise or move around more, fix your gut microbiome (greek yogurt, more fiber, fruits, vegetables) get supplements for your immune system (vit D, omega 3, zinc, etc.)

Grass is legal here so they have to put nutritional information on the edibles, and it doesn't mention vitamin D.

You can drink whey protein but I don't think it's that good for you.
I used to get night sweats when I was drinking three scoops at night during a cut so my body was probably working overtime.
The brand was ON golden standard so it wasn't some off brand shit.
Anyway, you could just buy whole chickens and filet them, they're usually cheaper for the amount of meat you get and chicken has tons of protein.
I still drink whey sometimes but purely as supplementation if I don't reach my daily goal.
