there are many ways to kill any possible parasites lingering in pork.
cook your food to a proper internal temperature.
if you don't want to overcook your food, you can also freeze it.
Freezing meat for at least 7 days kills 99.99% of parasite eggs.

Not liking something isn't the only alternative to liking it. In the case of a full English I - and probably many people - are more apathetic than hostile. There's nothing offensive about it, but it's such a seemingly random assortment of shit that doesn't really come together in any interesting way it's kind of a "meh" dish, and not really something worth seeking out or making.

Baked beans have too much sugar. Sausage is the lowest quality meat fit for human consumption (barely). Eating blood is disgusting. Hash brown probably fried in sneed oils. Sliced bread is the worst bread you can buy, flour probably bleached and soy added. Never really enjoy tomatoes like that. The rest looks fine.
