One time I made a chowder with shrimp, hatch chilis, and roasted red peppers. I called it christmas soup and I've never been able to reproduce that exact taste.

Another time I made a channa masala with a bunch of random spices I had in my cabinet. Somehow the flavor had a way of moving around as you at it. Was a strange experience.

Another time I made a sandwich with thin slice ham, leftover cheese souffle, and a brioche bun. Was great

Was a brisket sandwich, sliced, pickles, and it was smoked and cooked to literal perfection. It was either a kaiser or brioche bun, not sure which. Was longest cook time ever.

Runner up would be the smoked wagyu ribeyes with twice baked potatoes. That was a lovely experience. Expensive as fuck, but super tasty.

It's hard to say but here's a picture of chicken piccata that was really good. I brined it, pounded, and did it right and it was great
