They do cheap food really well, so long as you have an iron digestive tract. Outside of 3rd world places, it always costs more than it's worth. It's one of the few cuisines that combines heavy dairy with heavy spice, though. For that, it gets a lot of credit.

Honestly? Every time I eat Indian food I wonder why the rest of humanity hasn't dumped their inferior cuisine for it. It gives me the same release as sex when I eat it. Even mid Indian food is heaven compared to the best steak, mexislop, kb q, whatever. Indian food is the only reason I'd have 0 problems going vegan.
