I don't know if it's Armenian but it's definitely not Turkish. Lahmajun is an Arabic phrase, meaning meat with bread. If a Turk had invented it they would have called it something like Effendi Bayaldi. Additionally, Turks tend to call their foods a verb. doner (rotate), dolma (stuff), bastirma (stamped on), baklava (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Baklava#Etymology)), and imam bayildi (imam feinted) are all verbs.
