And yet 70% of the world is lactose intolerant. What "nutrients" do you get from dairy except fat? What nutrients do you get from dairy you CAN'T get from meat? It's because we've bred cows that produce a lot more milk than they normally would. Like how we bred sheep that have wool that never stops growing and we have to cut it off or else it grows so much that they struggle to move anymore. Those breeds of cows will actually develop health problems if they aren't milked because they produce a lot more than a calf would need. But if we didn't breed the cow for that, then it wouldn't be happening.

I don't think that's true. Highly processed food is always the biggest contributor to obesity. Parts of Northern Europe consume similar amounts of dairy products and have much lower rates of obesity.
