You need to experiment, air fryers differ in terms of fan speed which can make a big difference in such a small space.

>>20012136
Depends how long you leave it in. 6 min is chewy, 8 is crispy. Yours might be different tho

All the poor people have them as it uses less electricity than your oven so saves on your energy bills. They're not expensive

Oh and you can make a big batch at once, perfect for easy meals later in the week and harvesting the precious lard.

it's only easy when you wash it by hand after every use, which you will not, so you can put it in the dishwasher which makes it a lot easier.

i tried it a few times.
>not as crispy
>less greasy
>not enough room for full strips so its all folded
>dont get to enjoy poking at the bacon and flipping it while drinking oj
>feels like it takes longer

Nope. My wife is a vegetarian, and therefore so am I most of the time I eat at home. I might make cook some meat once or twice a month, but I plan for it and only purchase high quality animal proteins. Not that big of a deal.

However for the last 10 years, for my birthday, I have made her cook a pound of bacon in my iron skillet. Naked. I cannot describe how stimulating it is to see her, not only cook something she personally avoids, but jump and squeak as the hot fat sputters and pops onto her belly. She does it every year though she claims to hate it. I know she loves it.

you can get one at dollar general or the likes for like $20-30. also thrift stores have them from time to time

It can make good bacon, kind of a bitch to clean out all the grease though

I mean in the toaster oven which is just an air fryer minus a fan I just wrap it in a tinfoil folded like a boat so the grease goes into that.

i've tried it, it doesn't taste as good compared to panfry. i'll do it if i'm lazy or the bacon is about to go bad.
