My boards get replaced every year cus I live in a very large, but very moldy apartment in Ontario for $1200/month. I don't move because I'd be paying $1800/month for anything remotely similar. I timed the rent market really well in 2019 and I've decide to epoxy my ass here until I find another hot canuck to pay half my rent somewhere else.

I don't think the mold has any effects on my health. Coming down with Crohn's seems unrelated. I just get bothered by the smell. Lungs are OK, I can run for miles.
