Great videos, very informative about the how & why's.
And i know this may sound strange and gay. But are there any photos or info of Jack (his camera man)?

Based and second only to the king chef john. Although to be fair I think I like Jean's personality better overall but john has earned his place on the throne.

I like them both equally. Chef Jean-Pierre is a more classical French chef than Chef John, so they do certain things better than each other. Like, Jean-Pierre has never done a recipe for classic fried chicken like Chef John has. And just in general, they have a bit of a different approach.

I've cooked a lot from both chefs and I love both but chef John's recipes are much tastier in general

Chef Jon
Chef Jean Pierre

Jaques Pepin

everyone else may have a few decent vids for entertainment but are pretenders in the realm of culinary knowledge/skill

Between these 2 posts, Almost all the bases are covered.
The Roux Brothers and a few other classics like old PBS shows, Justin Wilson, et al.
Certainly a MUST compendium for novice and intermediate cooks.
Hellen is Such a cutie. Just watched her pasta and Ravioli video earlier.
Kirkwood is a no nonsense, based pro. I use his Crumpets recipes often.

Matty is legit, but I feel like he's going off the rails with his screaming personality. Plus he's going the Action Bronson route and trying to lose weight

Not another cooking show is ok. Stephen is an absolute hipster but his Italian cooking is good, plus he has a no building editing or omg I'm so random like jewshua weissman.

His stuff is pretty great.
His presentation can be all over the place. I've seen videos from him, where if I didn't read the title, I'd have no idea what they were even about until several minutes in because he'd just keep rambling and jumping between actions without ever stopping to explain himself.
