Brian Lagerstrom, Not Another Cooking Show, and Food Wishes are probably the best of the big channels. ThatDudeCanCook is also solid if you don't mind his silliness.

One of my recent favorites is Novita Listyani who has done some really great videos on Asian style breads. She has a science based approach to baking and references Japanese food industry studies and patents to justify her methods.

Sugarologie is another baker who has a science based approach but she focuses on desserts rather than breads. She has a PhD in Biochemistry,

I've also been enjoying Jeanelleats who mainly does shorts. I don't really see her a source for recipes but as a way to get introduced to Filipino dishes I never would have heard of otherwise.

Because the recipe was very similar to the one my grandma had, except for all the spices were made himself instead out of a tobasco chili starter. His chili needed more meat and was too sweet and didn’t have the citric taste of tomato’s to balance it out. Way too much cumin and the chocolate taste from the beer. Made it taste more like a Christmas chili and the consisteny was very paste like. The only thing I liked about it was the chipotle peppers.
