I like it, but I hate that it comes in that can. I feel like 14 oz is too big for one breakfast, yet too small for two breakfasts. I usually eat it with two eggs and toast.

I really liked corned beef hash when I was in the military. And one of my local diners makes it pretty well if I want to spend 10 dollars on breakfast.

But the canned stuff never really did it for me. It takes forever to get a good crisp. It's better to just chop the potatoes and make the hash on your own using beef chorizo. And it costs half as much.
