Elote is so fucking shit. I hate the mexican "street food" takeover going on in the US right now. It's just random shit covered in sour cream and cringe shit like hot cheetos. Even the barbeque spots down here in Texas are starting to trade their traditional and respectable smoked meats for "street tacos" and other "mexican street food" options. It's fucking disgusting.

Had it for the first time and it's pretty delicious. Don't even like mayonnaise in large quantities or sour cream at all, whatever they used was fine. Cheese is the best.
