Funny you say that since it's my number 1 go-to for bacon egg and cheese tacos. But you're right, it's more niche in its utility than the red or the green.

I think Secret Aardvark makes a decent sauce though i feel it's a bit overpriced. But the red one reminds me a bit of the yucateco xxx in its balance of heat and flavors.

Threadly reminder that what distinguishes a reddit "collector" from a Chad Hot Sauce Enjoyer are the seals on the bottles. I have quite the Sauce Vault myself (tips fedora) but all of the bottles are in various stages of consumption (oxidation). i don't go out of my way to buy habenero sauces (although i do enjoy them when they're offered to me for free at restaurants). i just stick to readily available tobasco and sriracha. i do like pic related green sauce though. i eat it on roast chicken with rice, dip tater tots in them, with chips etc.
