Ive only been here in the US for 10 years but from my observation, for the most part, American food seems to be very heavily centered on dairy and a bunch of other unhealthy slop... So much cream and fat! Im on FB looking at a "tasty" recipe or looking at recipes on google and it seems like guys add cream cheese to literally everything, wtf is really going on? People here think its normal to put whole sticks of cream cheese or butter in a recipe and its absolutely disgusting. The rest of the world does not eat like that. What the f is wrong with people here? No wonder there are so many health problems. Why are Americans like this?

I work with a Chinese lady and she constantly complains to me how her little chink kids only want pizza and burgers and openly make fun of her for the Chinese food she cooks cause it's so bad in comparison.
