It is time to cook up some slop. I might as well document it.

Step one is getting a fire going, while enjoying some coffee.

While the stove is getting to temp, might as well heat up some water. I will need a large pot of hot water anyways.

My first task of the day... about 1.3 kg of chicken breast (about 2.8 lbs) that I seasoned and bagged last night. I need to get that cooking.

Task two, meatballs. Again, prepared the dough yesterday. The mixture is intentionally extra soft, because that is how the eaters prefer them. Just a pain to shape them.

meat balls are a bit too big though, looks like you will bake them in the oven? you should fry them in a cast iron skillet with 50/50 butter and tallow instead

I wanted to them on one sheet so I kept them big, and the mixture is way too wet and soft to fry in a skillet. Also, can not be arsed. Enough to do as it is.
