Made with Lau is good for canto cuisine but he has been half-assing and repeating content in the hopes of getting people to sign up to his monthly subscription grift.

I like Hot Thai Kitchen. Recipes can be hit or miss but she’s really easy on the eyes and it’s generally a good channel for Thai stuff, even if content has recently eased off.
