Banana bread. (Does this count as a desert?)
My mom used to make it for me all the time when I was a kid, I loved the stuff. When she and my father divorced she started making it for me a lot more, in an attempt to brake through my quiet and depressed stance. Eventually I started helping her make it, it became a fun weekly thing together, and every now and then we would try adding something new to it, one week we tried adding coconut, one week we added dark chocolate and roasted pecans, one week we added some coffee, one week we even made a cream cheese frosting spread for it. It became a real joy for the two of us.
I miss her...I miss those days...
If I could just feel the joy of running down the stairs after that blissful smell, to stumble into that warm kitchen and see her moving it to a cooling rack, If I could just enjoy that time again, well that would be really nice.

Anyways, Banana bread, that is my answer. :)

Probably a tub (250g) of mascarpone. Because its satiating (not filling, there's a difference---as a kid I'd sometimes eat a .5kg grapes ending up discontentedly filled with glucose water). Heavy cream is great too, but goes down too quickly, nice snack food every once in a while.
