This. Any hot sauce with added thickeners like those, or modified food starch or whatever are a hard pass from me. I was disappointed when I saw the green Tabasco has cornstarch AND xanthan gum. It's the only Tabasco flavor I know of which has them. It's sad because if it was just a green jalepeno flavored Tabasco it would be good, but it's a weird goopy artificially thickend gelatinous abomination. Thankfully my favorites chipotle, and habanero are free from thickeners.

Green would be kino without the thickeners but as is it's just gross and slimy. Chipotle, and habanero are top tier though. Honorable mention to Scorpion Sauce for extra heat.

It’s fine. It goes really well with seafood stews, which my country does a lot, so it's great. I like to put it in salsa and Mexican dishes too. Other than that, usually other countries do better hot sauces more appropriate for their cuisines.

I never buy it. It has too much vinegar for most of my hot sauce uses.
I will buy Crystal, which I prefer.

For eggs specifically, I like Cholula best. I really like the TJs Calabrian chili paste in the jar on hummus, and occasionally I will buy one of the crunchy garlic chili crisps, for soups and rice, such as Momofoku (ignore China on this one). The Don Julio brand has a really yummy habanero version that is awesome on caribbean and mexican foods.
