Alcohol Throttler/Limiter Gone

So I just opened a new case of Bacardi and they no longer have that plastic throttler/limiter anymore. This is the 1.75l version. I don't think I have ever seen a 1.75l bottle of anything without the plastic limiter. Did some law just pass or something removing the need for it to pour slowly?

My kidneys and liver failed 50 years ago and I still drink because I have these machines that filter shit for me.

I'm in Australia but my band has played at a few semi DIY music festivals at people's farms. If people can camp, bring their own alcohol and you look the other way at lighter drugs people will definitely be interested. The hardest thing would be all the alcohol laws in your area. But Australia would have to have some of the strictest laws when it comes to alcohol so if it's doable here then it would surely be doable there.

I'm gonna tell you alcoholics like myself what to do. I've done my research. One Night drink to your hearts content. Pass our oblivious and happy. Now listen, drink water as much as you can if it keeps you up at night. If not, drink a huge mug of milk with Ovaltine mixed in with it. It's delicious and will give you many of the vitamins you need that was flushed out.

Only drink every other day. Use the day of recovery to eat nutritious foods. Then you will be fine to go back having a great time with liquor.

If you're at all tuned into the music scene in your area you could and should make it happen. Yes some litter will happen because people are drinking and smoking but it's not going to be big enough to be that bad. I buy a few different handles without the plastic thing, so it's definitely not anything legally required. I actually prefer it, though. It's easier to fill my car flask, and I don't end up over pouring and then waking up to a half full mug of stale vodka I then just have to dump into something else before refilling. Someone made a thread a few days ago claiming they ruined a dish because they grabbed a bottle of bitters instead of soy sauce (because they were about the same size. When I reminded him that his bitters comes with a stopper that only allows a few drops to come out at a time, he claimed that he, "always removes it" - which is complete bullshit. Also, it looks like Bacardi stopped using stoppers in their products just about a year ago.

OP here. I use to like Florida. I bought a condo in Cape Canaveral when I was a junior in HS with some of the money I made in the .com boom. That way I could get in state college rates. It use to be 87 dollars a credit hour. I went to BCC then UCF. I am all for you Floridians. You got a good government now with ass kicking sheriff's and a good governor. I use to enjoy getting my bottles of rum from BJs and eating Publix fried chicken. Steak and shake was pretty good too when they had those 5 dollar complete meals with a shake. Also eating gator at fish camps. I have a cousin near Ocala and the north away from the coast can be nice I suppose. I prefer the weather up north though. I also love the mountains and cooler weather. I gotta hate Florida now because my sister lives there. I actually considered keeping my residence there because of taxes while mostly living up north. I also miss having all my vehicles and motorcycle not needing inspections/emissions. So you Floridians are fine by me. Not my shot of bacardi owning land though down there though.

I have depression and ADD (idk which one causes this, probably a lil’ column a and a lil’ column b), and sometimes it takes me more than a month to make my bed, and clean sheets are one of my favorite things in the world.
I’ve adopted the policy that “the fitted sheet is the only one that matters,” and I’ve found that if I can force myself to put that one on then the rest is ez pz.
I just have to do it before my bed turns into an eternal laundry pile.

Weirdly enough, dieting is what finally made me quit drinking.
I ruined many of my personal and professional relationships, and I bounced back and continued drinking.
Totaled my car and narrowly escaped getting a DUI because the cops really fucked up my arrest, bounced back and continued drinking.
I died from kidney failure and was on dialysis for a while, bounced back and continued drinking.
No amount of self destruction was enough to make me quit.
Shit, I’ll still have a few every once in a while, but downloading a calorie counting app and cutting down to 1200 calories a day actually got me to control my shit.
Sure, I could skip food all day and drink 12 vodka minis- but with my tolerance it just wouldn’t get me actually drunk, drunk, and thusly was not worth it.
I’ve lost 60lbs and I’m not a constant seizure risk anymore.
I still hate myself but I am happy with my body for the first time in a while.

Good Morning everyone! Today like every other day is a drinking day so let's see what we get up to later this afternoon? As for beds, a frame makes so much more sense. It elevates the bed too so you aren't standing up from the ground. If you only have limited space it also gives you more place to stash stuff underneath. Also, a fitted sheet and mattress protector is required people... c'mon... mattresses by themselves soak up anything that comes in contact with and are very porous. Yeah. At least to our American tongues. Scotch Highlanders are a hardy breed. They are from in the "high"lands of Scotland where vegetation is sparse and tough and not as nutritious. We got into them because they looked nice, were hardy and stayed outside without shelter all winter and because they ate certain plants and weeds and all the "bad" stuff in the fields to keep them cleaner than other breeds. Again, they are built to make do in the lean climate.

They are perfectly fine for eating but compared to other breeds like the now popular Angus, Wagyu and lesser Herefords they aren't as highly rated. I ate alot of scotch highland beef when I was in Scotland and it was actually pretty good. They must know how to use it. Lol. Pic I drew as a child. Won first place at the fair. Cool. We once had about 55 head at our peak. It was sad to let them go, but I have land in three different states and I am one man. I wanted to travel more, and I did for awhile.

It will be work. You will need to keep records, get them health checks, make sure the fences are solid and working (they get out ALOT), assist when one is born (pulled one out with a 4wheeler once) and a slew of other things. Without someone around, expect to not be able to get away for more than a day or two at a time.
