Any good cocktail suggestions to use up some Old Grand Dad Bonded?

I bought it to mix with hard unfiltered apple cider, but I seem to have trouble finding unfiltered hard cider with any regularity.

You can make the cider yourself with store bought cider and brewing yeast, it's easy and only take a couple of weeks. The most labor intensive part is washing your brewing vessel (I use brewing buckets).
That being said, old grand dad is probably good in non-hard cider.

In general of course you're right, but the Bonded is easier to find right now

If you live where mail order is legal, there's no excuse to buy the Bonded.
If you don't... well... sucks to be you.

Old Fashioned, but isn't OGD Bonded supposed to be pretty good on it's own? I can't get it here, but bourbon appreciators seem to think it's it's a good budget option.

That's kind of meme bourbon. It's fine but nothing special, do w/e you want with it. I'm saying it's fine for any whiskey cocktail just don't think you need to respect and reserve it for something grand

It's a perfect cocktail bourbon because it's cheap and its high rye content makes it stand out in a mix.

Oh. In that case OP should make an Old Fashioned or a Manhattan with it.
