Delicious and easy. Simple ingredients and you can make a bunch for leftovers. Highly recommended my friend. It's basically beef bourginoin with chicken thighs so you're braising for like 30 minutes instead of 3 hours.

Anon it was brined for two days, the meat was incredibly seasoned. Also it may not be obvious but the bird was completely covered with a chicken seasoning spice blend. It's just a finely powdered blend but there isn't really any spot of the bird that isn't covered in it.

And finally I almost never cover chicken so I get crispy skin all the time, but in this case I did cover it because it was such a large bird and needed lots of extra time, plus I wanted to put bacon on it, so out of the 1h40m it was covered for about 1h20m, maybe I overestimated

Europe, Asia, and parts of the Midwest disagree. And the corn is meant to be mixed in with the potatoes if he's doing it right. Those potatoes are dry though. I actually have a lot of criticisms, but fuck you corn goes in potatoes, bread, porridges, etc.
