buy soft Tortillas
get a small coating of oil in a pan and heat it on medium - I usually just use the pan I cooked the filling in
once its nice and hot throw tortilla in
after a few mins flip until it looks nicely browned and repeat on the other side
place onto a paper towel to soak up excess oil
after cools down it will not only be crispy but but firms and able to hold its shape without cracking like those oversized tortilla chips
