Old egg/tuna/chicken salad thread died before I got to make mine.

It's good broze.
>brined chicken breast
>baked fully wrapped in foil, with no colour
>chilled in the fridge and diced
>lemon pepper
>onion
>chopped capers
>mayö
>fresh buns from the bakery

My first job was Sandwich Artist™ at Subway®, and my boss spent all this extra dosh on fancy tuna which no other subway did, and people would drive in from miles away for our tuna.
