I love making Indian food. I made some vindaloo that was delicious last post i made. what indian dish would louis /ck/ think i should make next?

THIS is the recipe you need to make
Personally I do not have Dagar Phool but I have shah jeera and I don't think it's worth getting
Just use cumin
Once you get a hang of it the recipe works every time but the first few times the bottom will likely end up burnt
I have made this recipe like 20-30 times
I use a le creuset dutch oven and I follow his cooking times and it just works
There's nothing better than coming home, with all the preparation done, the onions fried and the chicken marinated
All you need to do is wash and then soak the rice for a bit, not even the full 1 hour that he suggests maybe even 30 minutes, then assembling it, letting it rest (this is essential) and then you have a delicious mound of rice and the chicken! The chicken tastes fucking amazing
I love Chicken Biryani
Also I substitute nutmeg for the mace
Btw you need to fry the onions yourself

This recipe is also great although chicken is way cheaper than mutton/goat (I use lamb)
It's probably the best curry I've made although it is Bangladeshi
Punch Phoron is a godlike spice mix which you can make yourself easily
