Yeah they teeeechnically have degrees and kinda sorta know the field, but lets be honest, cooking (or psychology/science, whatever) is just the background for their tv personality
theyre celebrities first and foremost

He's old. His pure passion for cooking inspired me to learn the art nearly 20 years ago and the more I improved, the more he's shown how little he has to conquer anymore. When there's nothing left to prove, why not get a little lazy? Why not have a midlife crisis and tour the world and upload videos of scrambled eggs on top of mountains? He's simply beyond needing to impress anyone anymore and I still respect the fuck out of him for inspiring me.

He still has a bitch palate though
