Because hood culture is an infectious disease. Glizzy is slang for glock and the hot dog is the length of a glock’s clip.
It’s the stupidest fucking thing in the world. Low quality hiphop has destroyed popular music so it has turned its eyes now to popular cuisine.

Why blame the music and not the idiots consuming it? When I was coming up, I pretty much disliked all of the popular music throughout my childhood and college years and fucking hate everything coming out today.

Supply and demand, buddy. If there were no idiots to demand it, there would be no unscrupulous cunts to supply it. And this isn't a chicken/egg scenario. Because people go into business in order to make money, no one supplies X without there being a demand for X. Idiots want shit music, so producers produce shit music.

its the complete opposite in the music industry
first a guy named max martin writes a song in music notation using a proven 3 note formula for a hook
Then a producer records the song with whatever sound/instrument is popular at the time
Then the record label finds a attractive and recognizable actor to lip sync to the recording
Then they pay the radio stations and pop-culture shows to use the song for high impact recognition so by the time you actually hear the whole song you've already heard pieces of several times which creates a artificial familiarity with the song that causes dopamine release tricking people into thinking they like the song until the honeymoon phase is over and they move on to the next song, this is why pop songs come and go so fast.
