You tell me: strawberry/cherry yoghurt smoothie for breakfast, spinach bisque with bread and boiled egg for lunch and about to cook strip steak, stewed potato with onion and herbs (idk wtf else to call it in English), bacon-braised kernel corn with chilli and, finally, garlic sauteed snow peas for dinner. No snacks, but I did have some sparkling water at lunch rather than still.

I was drinking close to 50 units of alcohol a week before I finally took dieting seriously, and my liver suffered for it.
