i plan on adding the chicken cutlets over Fettuccine Alfredo with some freshly chopped parsley and lemon squeezed on top. I want to do a Lazy Man's version (RIP Ja/ck/) of chicken cutlets so I think I'll just add some spices (cracked black pepper, cayenne) to flour instead of doing the whole flour / egg wash / panko bread crumb thing. Plan on frying in my cast iron skilled with some canola oil
