I just use Tasty's recipe, just make the dough and plop them in the soup
I use the two-spoon quenelle technique to form them though, solely because I can't be assed to buy an ice cream scoop

Do you like this soup? It's rooster, rice and tomato soup. My own invention inspired by sopa de fideo.

Make chicken stock with a 1 year old rooster, but also add dried peppers.

Remove meat from rooster, set aside.
Strain stock.
Heat chopped tomato from your garden. Once simmering use a strainer to press liquid from tomato into stock, add shredded rooster, add some rice. Cook until rice is done.

Serve with fresh tomato.
