I had kfc last night and it was pretty salty and some of the skin on the chicken was soggy. If I eat any fast food I have to make sure I’m not doing anything afterwards.

It's better now than it was a couple years ago anyway, before the "chicken sandwich wars." Their Chick-Fil-A clone nuggets are not bad at all, their sandwich is decent, and I don't mind the fries either.

Of course, if you shop for and cook your own food it's pretty hard to ignore the cooked chickens at supermarkets, even if you don't buy them.
