19648631 No.19648631 [Reply] [Original]

From childhood we were psyopped into thinking milk was necessary for bone health, or that it "builds strong teeth". Now that that myth has been debunked, the dairy industry is pushing the keto diet and other high fat diets to keep dairy in demand. No other animal in nature besides humans drinks another animal's milk. It's simply not natural. Grown adults of any species don't and have never needed milk, even from their own species. Not to mention the slew of health problems such as heart disease that can come from dairy consumption, and the fact that around 85% of the world's population is lactose intolerant in adulthood. So why do we continue to drink milk and eat cheese, butter and yogurt? Are we poisoning ourselves?

bad news anon

animals die in, and on the soil, rot away and are used to make plants.

eating plants is eating animals.

>muh appeal to nature

I'm sure you wipe your ass with your left hand too since toilet paper isn't found in nature.

>85% of the world's population is lactose intolerant
Yes, that's part of the reason why we turn milk into cheese, butter and yogurt. The other part is that they last longer and taste better in these forms.

>Are we poisoning ourselves?
You are poisoning me with your dumb nigger retardation anti-milk agenda. Did your mother force feed you Kroger 1% milk or something? I have never seen someone so passionately ignorant of something so beneficial. If milk is poison, there wouldn't be 1.4 billion poos shitting in the Ganges today.

I was skimming through these reader digest books from the 70s and every single one of them had one or more advertisements or articles for dairy. diary is a massive con that has led some many boomers to believe it's something you NEED. the industry threw a fit when dairy wasn't included in the canadian food circle thing

>naturalist fallacy
It absolutely is natural for people who have lactase persistence. There's hundreds of stranger genetic mutations in humans. If you are lactase persistent there's no detriment to consuming dairy and if you are lactase non-persistent you can counteract all of the negatives by eating a lactase tablet.

3 phases of russian propaganda
phase 1 seeding:
russian accounts on twitter, and other platforms post made up stories of whatever.

Phase 2 harvesting:
russian news/propaganda sites point to the planted accounts as sources legitimizing the fake news.

Phase 3 amplification:
russians then spread the story through bots on twitter, idiots on twitter, and western news outlets pick up the story don't investigate it, and amplify the story. this includes idiots on 4chan that repost the story because it fits their narrative.

now the story is very difficult to debunk because there are so many sources. congratulations you're a russian propaganda puppet.

The second thing I hear after the word vegetarian in a conversation is something about my doctor said.

Protip: you can become lactose tolerant by simply consuming milk for a couple of months.
It's a lot like what happens when you introduce beans to your diet.

Unless you are genuinely defective and your body can't produce the necessary enzymes. Not being able to consume and digest food is NOT something to be proud of, and you shouldn't breed.

fermented dairy products are one of the most gut healthy foods you can possibly eat. Hard cheeses are rich in B vitamins which vegan diets struggle to include. Stop being a retarded dietbrained ideologue. Every traditional, whole and real human food has a place in our diet. The shit that's poisoning us is the mixture of genetically modified corn, wheat, seed oils and sugar that is artificially flavored into every processed snack food in existence.

I eat dairy products on a daily basis and have basically perfect numbers on everything and am not even young anymore. It's not healthy for you if you're lactose intolerant but if you aren't a weak, defective human its an incredible source of nutrition.
