So Im going on a seven day fast currently. When I come out of it. I would like to expand my pallette. I have one of a child, and I never tried to eat new foods. What are somethings /CK Recommends? I don't eat fish, or most veggies. I want to like them. I just hate wasting food, and money if I didn't like them.

Add more color to your plate. Especially when branching out, make your food appetizing to your eyes.

Good for you anon. "Crab" sticks might be a good introduction to fish, they're actually made from white fish and they're basically the seafood version of a hotdog, easy to snack on. For vegetables, roast a tray and you can try a bunch of different ones – cut everything into thumb sized pieces, toss them in oil and a bit of salt, roast them spread out on a tray at 400F for 45 min or until they have some browned parts, my shitty oven takes longer. Broccoli is really good roasted, it's much better than the usual boiled or steamed.

Liver and Onions. When you come out of a fast you need essential minerals more than you need calories, and calf or chicken liver contains those by the bucketload.

Not actual crab, I mean these things. They're already cooked so you can just eat them straight, but they're good warmed up in noodle soup.

Well he did say he's got the palette of a child. Wouldn't be too much of a stretch to say his iq falls in the same range.

You didn't read that article, or if you did you didn't understand it.
>low serum concentrations of potassium, magnesium and phosphate
which is addressed by eating a mineral rich food like liver
>insulin secretion resumes in response to increased blood sugar
which is prevented by avoiding foods that cause your blood sugar to spike, like vegetables or fruit, until after the liver has had a chance to restore your body's minerals.
