The wings and pizza at my bowling alley are the absolute shit. Their little restaurant inside partnered with the pizza place next door and started serving their recipes for the pizza and stuff. It's also my favorite pizza out of all the local joints

How did it ever become the norm for bowling alleys to sell finger food, especially super greasy stuff like pizza and wings? Why would a bowling alley owner want people sticking their grease covered fingers into the bowling balls? Why would the bowling alley customer want to eat food with their hands after sticking them into bowling balls that have been used by god knows how many people before them? I don't get it. I can understand serving drinks but food seems like such a terrible idea.

What actually is the secret to a great and addictive pizza if bowling alleys or other places you wouldn’t expect to be good, have amazing pizza? Like surely all their ingredients are just cheaply sourced and bought in bulk from wholesalers, not the best quality, but they taste so great. So of the like 5 ingredients that bowling alleys use to some a pizza, what the fuck are they?
