Very rarely do I feel like eating steak. I don't dislike it and sometimes I get a craving for it but more often than not I'd prefer to eat fish, shrimp, lamb, some beef stew, sausages, basically any other meat. The only meat I have less than steak is probably pork chops. Last steak I had was last month and before that about a year ago at the steak house for my friend's birthday.

does my steak look overcooked?
i saute'd in cast iron for like 3minutes,
left it on the hot pan for another 3 minutes while i was waiting for toast to finish toasting.
then i placed the steak on the toast and added my cold cheese sauce on top and put it back into the toaster another 3 minutes.
did that three minute toasting dry out my steak?
>my dumbass coulda just put the cold cheese sauce on the hot meat in the pan

Weekly? About weekly. I have other meats, but steak needs to be done right. I prefer it grilled, but usually all I have is a cast iron pan. But whenever I go to my summer house I always do grilled steak or a few.

I'd rather eat one really good steak than 3 meh ones, so I think this is a good balance. I can totally afford a steak every day, but that's not the point. Then it's no longer special.

>> No.19611771

I only eat animal products.

I eat 1kg of beef steak per day cooked over coals. Maybe 300g of ham, a few eggs and yogurts on top or high quality cheese. Occasionally mixing it up with fish. One meal a day. I cook everything myself. Steaks usually rib eye or tomahawks. Cooked rare.

Enjoy eating cereal for breakfast and American 'cheese' and food prepared by Indians or Mexicans lmao
