it's weird that you show onion sauce, I left some onion in the charcoal grill a few weeks ago and started thinking about getting an onion to roast real nice and make a sauce from it
or at least a roasted onion base of sorts
I wondered why it's not a thing already, I would be buying that stuff if it was offered here!

so yesterday I was making one of my favorites, a mayo,mustard sauce.
I kept adding and I just tasted it after setting in the fridge over nite. it turned out awsome and will be great on most sandwiches
try it out
2.5T mayo
4t grey poupon country dijon mustard
0.25t dry dill
pinch black pepper
1.5t red pepper relish
0.5t minced garlic
0.25t paprika
0.25t red wine vinegar
2t butter (softened)
to get the butter in nicely you'll want to add a tablespoon of sauce to the butter mix it and then add that back to the sauce

We're posting salsa in the sauce thread? I mean, they do serve about the same purpose, but I guess i never really considered it a sauce. Since we're posting salsa, I've personally gone through way too fuckin many jars of this stuff. Their milder options were a bit bland imo (still decent taste), but their spicy shit will make me go through a whole damn bag. Kills my guts, but it's worth it
