Euro labeling standards might require that because legume protein is incomplete (not containing all amino acids), kind of like the American warnings you see on collagen products like bone broth and pork rinds ("not a high protein food"), as well as meme "collagen supplements" they are now selling post-wall Karens (in order to monetize the garbage from the slaughterhouse floor).
