I live in the eastern Europe and there's basically 0 Asian food here, but the ramen that they sell here (picture related) is very tasty.
I've been thinking of ordering couple hundreds of packs from Amazon but I don't really know what.

Shin ramen, the GOAT

I think they sell them here too. The most fanciest ramen they sell here is Neoguri, Shin ramen and another one that looks the same and is called Kimchi or something like that.

Unrelated question, can you easily buy shrimp, or what other shellfish is available? Are they expensive?

shrimps are very expensive here, at least for eastern european standards.
1KG of frozen shrimps are 26 euro KG. I practically never eat them

IMO there's no best because I'd get sick of them quick, however there's this Mama brand duck flavor that's really good when jazzed up with chicken like from a rotiessierieieieire chicken and some vegetablets.

A hot chile pepper is really nice also, I don't know about the prices where you are, but chile peppers aren't expensive.

Mama is the goat, the noodles are the best out of any other ramen you could buy at a standard supermarket

This.

Get Nissin-pilled. Shin Ramen and Nongshim BTFO. The broth tastes like restaurant ramen, it has actual ramen style noodles (maybe a tiny bit thinner).

I bought 100 packs of Shin Ramyun from Amazon myself

If shin came with a liquid soup base instead of powder it would be.

Nta, I prefer the powder because I drain the water, then toss on the spicy pack only onto the noodles. Shit is amazing.
