Confirmed. The bakery in Beechworth is famous for their Ned Kelly pie, which is just a bog standard beef pie, but they crack off the lid when it's almost done cooking and put a few squares of actual cheddar cheese on top, crack an egg into it, and replace the lid before putting it back in the oven. I've been making my own for years
