I wake up thirsty and on the verge of pissing myself
After rushing to the bathroom and sitting down the fluids rush out of my penis and anus
If I didn't have water left over in my room, I have nothing to drink while I expel fluids
Now I'm thirsty pissing and shitting and my nose is stuffy. So I blow my nose to clear it out
Then I wipe my ass wash my hands and start to brush my teeth because the taste/smell of my own breath is nauseating. When that's done I can wash the crust off my eyes.
Finally I leave the bathroom, change into my stuffy dress clothes, and prepare everything else I'll need for work.
At this point, I could choose to start dirtying dishes and pans to prepare a fresh breakfast for myself, but I've already lost my appetite.
