I made myself a tuna sandwich just now. Mixed a couple packs of low sodium light tuna with a fat tablespoon of mayo and some scorpion tabasco in a leftover cardboard ramen bowl from lunch. Toasted some nice sarah lee artisan white bread and buttered both sides, then put some lettuce and tomato on top of the tuna. Went ahead and threw some pepperjack on top of the tomatoes and then sliced some onion as well as dicing some mushroom to cook down in the grease of four slices of thick-cut bacon I slapped in the pan, placed the bacon steaming hot on top of the pepperjack, sweated the onions and mushrooms down in the bacon grease a bit longer and then threw some garlic salt on top and poured all of it grease included across the bacon and then finally topped everything off with just a little bit of creamy ceaser spread across the top piece of toast. Plated with some nacho cheese doritos and a napkin.

It was fucking delightful and I want another one. This looks like it would be that good.
