Steakalong, I'll be cooking this steak and a salad and maybe a side. This steak cost me 30 euros and is beautiful and is seasoned with salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika and a little orange zest. I'm gonna grill it.
If anons have preference on charcoal vs propane or what kind of side, let me know, I'm prob heading to the store in an hour and cooking after that.
