1. Some people don't mix meat with milk for religious reasons

2. A lot of non-whites are lactose intolerant

Some people order a whopper at BK and are surprised there is no cheese, you gotta say "whopper w/cheese" when you order it otherwise you get this plain burger full of ketchup and pickles and no cheese and will be disappoint

a hamburger with a solid stack of tasty veggies is a fine meal on its own thought I usually opt for cheese. this is especially true if it's got spiced condiments or unusual add ons
