Sauce involves opening the can, dropping oregano in, and then blitzing until the tomatoes inside are a sauce. I wrap a towel around the shaft, so sauce doesn't gurt everywhere

tossing only gets me so far with the big rectangle pan, so wind up rolling it out. Wanted to try stuffedcrust, so rolled it out a lot larger than pan. Was worried about that thin spot, but no bleed thru. If I was very worried about a spot like that, there's always a pre-bake that could be done. low moisture sticks, sorry kids, Dad used up the last of this bag of sticks. There are more in fridge downstairs.

To save money, we buy the whole log that has got that thick, snappy casing around it. Couple extra steps to portion out a section, peel off the casing, then try to slice even but we think it's better than the bags piecemeal. anyone know how to keep the cut end of the log from turning into a dessicated end? Or is that how it's supposed to be, like it locks in the rest of the log still in the casing?

I usually cant' be assessed to do a yeast dough because it takes so long, so I do a quick leavened dough.

>1.5 cup flour
>1 tsp baking powder
>1 tsp salt
>4 tbsp oil
>0.5 cup water
>Mix well and let sit for 10 minutes to rehydrate. Pre-heat oven to 425. Form dough to pizza size. Baking off for 10 minutes then remove. Add sauce, cheese, toppings. Add back to oven for additional 10-15 minutes, or until desired doneness.
