I don't buy orange juice because none of it is as good as fresh squeezed, but sometimes I pick up fast food and sometimes that comes with a drink, so I usually pick orange juice because soda is even worse. It's the nasty Brazilian concentrate stuff with no pulp, but I like to mix it fruit punch gatorade and then add it to my bottle of sparkling water when it starts getting low. It's like free sparkling water.

the real trick is to have a glass of water and a glass of orange juice, use the water to rehydrate and make yourself not so thirsty, then you can enjoy the orange juice without gulping it down
