Depends. If you dropped food in it, yes.

I left out an opened can of condensed milk once (covered with a soft lid) and forgot it for months. When I rediscovered it, it had solidified but was perfectly edible. No mould.

Assess its look, smell and taste by looking, smelling and tasting it. If it seems to be palatable, it's probably safe to eat.

the can is unopened but it expired over 2 years ago. I also have a can of regular condensed milk that is from the same purchase time frame. I know the fats in unopened food will start to turn after about 5 years. found them in the back of my cupboard when cleaning.
