I've had an ineatable schnitty and that's not even a parmy yet, so if it was to become a parmy it wouldn't have continued to unedible.

One side was undercooked and the other side was burnt. I'm guessing they had two schnitty's that stuck together in the fryer, and when they separated it left one side way undercooked, so they cooked it too long and the other side started to burn. It was wicked bad. Me and my friends still refer to it today as "the shitty schnitty"
