He really is. He’s also come to be appreciated and actually beloved because by all accounts he is a genuinely kind man who cares a lot about other people. He does a fuckton of charity work too. Watching the public perception of Fieri change over the last decade has been surreal. Went from a punchline to a Keanu like universally lauded figure.
