I’m going to attempt to make egg fried rice. My rice is not day old because I needed to pick up chicken stock. But it is 2 hours old and cold.

It’s perfectly clean it’s some kind of vinyl fake wood shit. The stainless definitely had some sticking issues. Need to get a wok asap. But I guess it turned out ok.

It’s actually pretty gosh darn delicious if I’m being completely honest. Better than any take out egg fried rice I’ve had. Definitely need to get a wok soon.

That's fine, you just need the starch to seize, so that when it re-"opens" it takes the flavors well and fries well in the pan.

Right on ricebro, glad you had fun and some good fried rice. Woks are pretty cheap, just make sure you get one with a flat bottom to work with your stove
