Potato cakes
Make mashed potatoes (red bud is my fav)
Shape into ball (preference 1 inch)
Cover in flour mixed with seasonings (old bay and Italian preferred)
Then egg mixed with seasonings (see above)
Then panko bread crumbs mixed with seasonings(see above)
deep Fry (prefer peanut oil)
Serve over rice
Good with any kind of fry sauce
(I like to make cute art with ketchup)
