I once put raw chicken in a marinade with an entire jar of pre-cut garlic which had citric acid preservative, the next day it was already completely cooked and went into the garbage

well step 1: examine for mold or off putting smell
so far we are okay lads the nose knows
vinegar is really the main preservative used for thousands of years because it doesn't require a sealed/pasteurized jar or any advanced tech so why shouldn't it work for chicken and meats too. buy 5 lbs of chicken and eat whenever you like rather than trying to dethaw part of it

Hes literally destroyed his palate and gut flora from all the sugar, sodium, msg and whatever other garbage hes eaten on a daily basis for over a decade. Look how sickly he is. Pale, fragile, nutrient deficient. Thin brittle hair and nails. I will always love reviewbrah but he used himself and his body as a literal guinea pig for the fast food corps and he doesnt even know it. Also mcdonalds and most fast food beef contains traces of human meat.
